About the Role
This is a permanent HR Business Partner position supporting the business unit with strategic and operational HR initiatives.
What We Offer
€64-€75k salary band plus €7k car allowance
Hybrid 2 days WFH - office Citywest
26 days annual leave plus additional company days

Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership on people strategies
Manage full employee lifecycle
Coach managers on performance & probation
Lead talent and succession planning
Oversee HR metrics and pay reviews
Support HR process improvements
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or senior HR role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Resilient, confident, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Experience with HR systems such as Advanced HR or similar platforms
Relevant third-level qualification in HRM, Business, or related field
CIPD membership is advantageous but not essential
