Production Operatives at Decotek Automotive
Decotek Automotive is currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our team at Collinstown, Co. Westmeath.
Principle Accountabilities:
* Produce high-quality products in the right quantity according to Work instructions and Production Targets.
* Work effectively with all team members to assist in the continuous improvement of systems and processes, ensuring best practices are consistently applied.
* Operate and maintain production equipment according to Work Instructions, ensuring health and safety of self and others.
* Keep work area clean and hazard-free.
* Carry out visual inspection and product testing on line.
* Maintain all documentation in an organized and controlled manner.
* Assist in achieving Production metrics aligned with plant KPIs.
* Participate in related projects as required.
* Liaise closely with the Cell Leader on quality and production issues.
* Communicate effectively across all levels within the company to foster good relationships.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
* Maintain EHS standards according to company policies.
* Ensure all operatives wear appropriate PPE at all times.
* Utilize the Safety Management System consistently.
* Create and develop risk assessments in line with company policy.
* Identify potential environmental issues for action.
* Participate in EHS objectives relevant to the site.
* Adhere to the EHS Policy and related policies where practicable.
Skills and Experience:
* Basic English communication skills.
* Experience in manufacturing or machine operation is advantageous.
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
