What Skills You Need for this Health & Safety Advisor role:
* Full clean driver's license
: Essential for site visits and inspections.
* 3rd level qualification in Health and Safety
: Essential
* Experience in civils, drainage, or utilities
: Highly valued.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
: Ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
* Time management and ability to work under pressure
: Meet strict deadlines and targets.
* Integrity and respect for confidentiality
: Essential for maintaining trust and compliance.
* Ability to manage risk and implement control measures
