What We Offer
* Training pay: €600 per week (based on 38 hours per week, or pro-rata) during your first 4 weeks
* Post-training pay: €700 per week (38 hours per week, or pro-rata), plus uncapped commission and monthly performance bonuses
* Realistic OTE: €45,000–€50,000 annually, depending on performance
* Fuel allowance: €60 per week
* 28 days' paid annual leave (including bank holidays) and pension scheme

Your Working Week
* Typical hours: 10:30 – 18:30, Monday–Friday
* 7.5 hours per day with a 30-minute break
* Optional weekend shifts for top performers
* Local radius: Work within ~1 hour of your home base — no mandatory overnight stays
The Role
As a Face-to-Face Fundraiser, you'll represent some of Ireland's best-known charities, engaging directly with members of the public through door-to-door and event-based fundraising.
You will:
* Inspire people to become regular monthly donors for life‐changing causes
* Engage the public in meaningful conversations and represent partner charities with integrity
* Collaborate with your team to achieve individual and collective targets
* Maintain brand standards and provide excellent customer service
* Record accurate data and support donor onboarding
What We're Looking For
* A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people
* Positive, reliable, and target-driven attitude
* Previous fundraising or sales experience is a plus (but not essential — full training provided)
* Willingness to travel locally within your area
* Eligibility to work in Ireland
