12 Months, Fixed Term Full-Time Post Position Summary Applications are invited for the role of Post-Doctoral Researcher in the School of Food and Nutritional Sciences/APC Microbiome Ireland.
Currently, the Cereal and Beverage Science Research Group (CBSRG) consists of 1 Senior Research Co-Ordinator - Lab Manager, 1 Senior Postdoc, 1 Postdoc, 1 Research Assistant, 5 PhD students, and 1 MSc student.
We have been successful in securing funding from Horizon Europe hence, we are currently recruiting for the following Postdoctoral Researcher post with qualified knowledge on waste valorisation and plant protein characterisation and application, for which funding has been awarded for one year.
This position is interdisciplinary, involving food design, food chemistry, nutritional sciences, and novel sensory techniques.
Achievement of the expected progression within Post Doc and Senior Post Doc is transferable between the Irish HEI's.
This can be reflected in the starting pay of a PD researcher.
