We're looking for a
Data Entry Analyst
to join our remote team and support data quality, reporting, and operational workflows.
What You'll Do:
Enter, verify, and update data across multiple systems
Review datasets for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Analyze data trends to identify errors or irregularities
Support data cleaning and validation processes
Prepare simple reports and summaries as needed
Assist with organizing digital records and databases
Follow established data standards and documentation practices
Collaborate with analysts and cross-functional teams on data projects
What You Bring:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Solid spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets)
Ability to identify inconsistencies and spot data trends
Good organizational and analytical skills
Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with precision
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience with SQL, BI tools, or data workflows is a plus
Previous data entry or data analysis experience is beneficial
