Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (Night Duty)
A dynamic and progressive role supporting people with intellectual disability and/or autism.
Key Responsibilities
* Support teams across the organisation overnight in the absence of the regular manager
* Lead and motivate teams to deliver high-quality care
* Liaise with Parents/Families and Stakeholders to ensure person-centered culture
Requirements:
* Not less than five years post-registration experience
* Commitment to further training and professional development
* Registered on the live register of the NMBI
* Computer literate with knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, including team leadership and team working, time management, budget management, negotiation and conflict resolution
* Able to organise, manage and motivate people
* Focused on Horizon's vision and mission around community-based, self-directed and rights-based supports for people with intellectual disabilities
