An exciting opportunity for an experienced and commercially driven Counter Manager to lead a luxury beauty team within a prestigious retail environment.
Representing a globally renowned French beauty house, celebrated for its expertise in skincare, makeup, fragrance, and luxury haircare, you will play a key role in driving sales, developing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
Drive and exceed sales targets through exceptional customer engagement.
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Beauty Consultants/Therapists.
Deliver personalised skincare, makeup, and fragrance consultations.
Build a loyal client base through clientelling and repeat business.
Organise events, appointments, and in‑store activities to grow brand awareness.
Monitor stock levels and support the smooth running of the counter.
Develop strong relationships with store management and key stakeholders.
Ensure the highest standards of luxury service and brand presentation.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Counter Manager within luxury beauty.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Passionate about skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
Experienced in leading, coaching, and developing teams.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Commercially aware with a proactive and results‑driven approach.
Confident building long‑term relationships with clients and driving loyalty.
