Leadership Opportunity in Children's Residential Care
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to take on a leadership role within our children's residential service.
This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills and a passion for supporting vulnerable children.
The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Social Care or a relevant field, with at least 3 years of experience working in children's residential care, including 2 years at team leader level.
They will also possess up-to-date knowledge of legislation surrounding Residential Childcare and Safeguarding, as well as experience of multi-disciplinary working with professionals.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring that high standards of care are maintained, and that the needs of the children are met.
They will also be required to deliver reports and meet deadlines, as well as maintain accurate records of their work.
To be successful in this position, the candidate will need to be flexible, with the ability to work shifts if required, and possess a full driving licence and business insurance.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting vulnerable children, and will have a flexible approach to meet the business needs of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
