About the Role
We're launching an exciting new pantry & deli experience in the heart of Kildare Village and need a passionate, organised, guest‑focused Pantry/Deli Manager to lead the team from the very start.
What You'll Do
Lead daily operations of the pantry & deli to the highest standards
Deliver exceptional guest service in a fast‑paced retail environment
Oversee food prep, presentation, quality & freshness
Train, support and inspire a positive, high‑performing team
Manage stock levels, ordering, waste control & rotation
Maintain impeccable hygiene, safety & compliance standards
Drive consistent standards and a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere
What We're Looking For
Experience in deli, cafe, bakery, or fresh food management
Strong leadership skills with a hands‑on, can‑do attitude
A passion for fresh, high‑quality produce and great presentation
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence in delivering great customer experiences
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
