Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This role will involve managing commercial aspects of commissions and projects, including governance, fee management activities, internal job costings, and resource requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
* Manage the client relationship and service delivery on a project basis.
* Work collaboratively with project management, health & safety, and building surveying teams in project delivery.
* Lead, manage, and monitor all work executed at all stages to ensure an accurate, professional, and quality service is delivered to clients.
Requirements:
* Qualified with a BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
* Chartered member of the RICS (or equivalent).
* Hold a broad contact and knowledge base of local markets and demonstrate a track record of supporting the generation of repeat and/or new business.
* Extensive experience with both public and private sector clients on major projects and a working knowledge of both JCT and NEC forms of contract.
* Experienced in preparation of Bills of Quantities using NRM 2 and other similar pricing documents.

This role requires security clearance, which will be discussed further during the interview process. The vetting process is delivered by United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) and may require candidates to provide proof of residency in the UK of 5 years or longer.
