We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead and oversee all bar operations within our hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations across multiple bar areas, ensuring high levels of customer service, product knowledge, and presentation standards.
* Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15-20 bar staff, creating and managing staff rotas with full autonomy.
* Maintain stock control, ordering deliveries warehouse organisation. Ensure compliance with licensing laws health safety hygiene standards.
