The Role: To lead and manage multiple commercial fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This role requires excellent stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and the ability to coordinate various internal and external teams. The Requirements: Minimum 5 years project management experience in fit-out or interiors, preferably within commercial, retail, healthcare or education sectors. Proven track record of managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously. Experience in managing subcontractors and supply chains. Familiar with JCT contracts and contract administration. Demonstrated experience of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Degree or HNC/HND in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (desirable). CSR Black or White Card. First Aid at Work. Full UK Driving Licence.
