Store Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced retail leader to manage one of our QSR stores in Dublin City Centre. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing daily store operations, leading and motivating staff, maintaining image and brand standards, and delivering quality customer service.
About the Role
* Lead the team in achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets
* Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for customers
* Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
* Monitor and control stock levels, manage cash handling procedures, and maintain accurate records
Requirements
* Prior management experience in a fast-paced retail environment
* Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Degree or diploma in Business Management (desired)
