Job Title: Department Manager
We are a leading retailer with a strong presence across Ireland and Spain. Our goal is to deliver exceptional customer experiences through our extensive product range, operating in 134 stores and an online platform.
The primary function of this role is to oversee their department, ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer care, operational standards to maximize sales and profitability, while maintaining costs and controlling stocks.
Key Responsibilities:
* To achieve the department's KPIs and targets
* To implement the principles of operations and customer service
* Lead the team in a manner that aligns with our brand values to deliver business strategies
* To ensure all relevant trading safely and legal policies are in place and adhered to
* Maintain accurate stock levels, analyzing sales data, and pre-empting customer needs and demands
* Collaborate with senior management to drive sales through effective merchandising and visual displays
* Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring our customer experience programme is met
