We have an established team taking on exciting challenges, usinganalyticsand reporting to drive the impact of recognition andit'suse in the businesses of our clients. You will have the autonomy to help design,buildand deploy this product, which will serve our enterprise customer base. We are looking for an experienced Software EngineerIIIto join our team in expanding and improving our Reporting solutions. We are a group of peers withhigh levelsof trust and respect who collaborate closely to build the best software we can, given the constraints we have. We succeed together, so your peers will always have your back.
Tech stack:Python, Flask, RESTful webservices, AWS,QuickSight, Terraform, API, Postgres, Redshift, Jenkins, Sonar, Git, Docker/Containerization, JS and React based frameworks, Typescript.
**This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week onsite in our Dublin office**

The skills you will bring:
5. Ideally,4+ years of back-end development experience.
6. You have experience developing web-based applications at the enterprise level
7. Problem solving is a strength of yours; you interpret data and business context, and you factor in constraints and trade-offs in your design and implementation decisions
8. You contribute to a healthy engineering culture through code reviews, sharing best practices, and helping more junior engineers grow.
9. Experience in Python programming, including API design and development.
10. Experience with AWS and Cloud-first applications is a plus.
11. Experience with React or other Front-end frameworks is advantageous.
