A collaborative, supportive team environment. What Youll Do Work closely with Project Managers and the H&S Manager to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. Carry out on-site audits and inspections, identifying and addressing potential risks. Prepare and maintain essential safety documentation such as reports, risk assessments, and method statements. Assist in accident/incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Promote and champion a strong safety culture across all teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Contribute to meetings and briefings, embedding safety objectives into project delivery. Track, analyse, and report safety data to drive ongoing improvements. What Were Looking For A third-level qualification in Health & Safety (or equivalent). At least 1 years experience in construction, utilities, or another site-based role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships. Full, clean driving licence and flexibility to travel as required.
