Hiring: Project Readiness Lead (Onsite | Medical Devices)We are currently seeking an experiencedProject Readiness Leadto support multiple high-impact projects, including large retrofits and the introduction offive new production lineswithin a regulatedmedical device manufacturing environment.This role plays a critical part in ensuring end-to-end readiness for new and existing production lines—beyond equipment installation—by driving cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Validation, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Global stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional Project Readiness activities for medium to large-scale projectsDrive readiness deliverables including SAP setup, raw materials, BOMs, SKUs, and ancillary equipmentManage communication between Project Readiness teams and Project SponsorsIdentify, escalate, and mitigate risks to ensure milestone deliverySupport budgeting and present options to management and stakeholdersApply strong technical writing skills for procedures, documentation, and complianceUtilize project management tools and follow FPX / J&J PM methodologyWhat We're Looking For:Project Management experience beyond purely engineering rolesBackground in medical devices or regulated manufacturing, with some Quality exposureStrong stakeholder management skills; able to influence without direct authorityProactive, energetic, and results-driven ("go-getter" mindset)Comfortable driving SMEs and cross-functional teams to achieve readiness goalsAdditional Details:Fully onsite roleSignificant global interaction (including Jacksonville-based teams)Multiple new lines entering PQ across the yearIf you thrive in fast-paced project environments and enjoy driving readiness across complex organizations, this could be a strong fit.
