A leading Irish organisation is seeking a Brand & Packaging Graphic Designer to join its dynamic commercial team, working with some of the country’s most recognisable names in the food-to-go, retail, and hospitality sectors.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where creativity meets commercial impact. You’ll collaborate with sales teams and clients from independent cafés to national brands to design standout, on-brand packaging and visual concepts that elevate their customer experience. Projects will range from branded coffee cups and retail bags to promotional materials, brochures, and event graphics.
You’ll manage multiple projects, ensuring designs are both visually striking and production-ready, while exploring new technologies and AI-assisted design tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Design and produce packaging, branding, and graphic concepts for a range of clients in Ireland’s food-to-go, retail, and hospitality sectors.
* Collaborate with sales teams and clients to translate briefs into visually-appealing, on-brand packaging and materials.
* Manage multiple projects, ensuring designs are production-ready and aligned with deadlines.
* Explore new technologies and AI-assisted design tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
* Balance creativity with practicality to deliver client-ready concepts.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in graphic or packaging design.
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
* Exceptional eye for detail and ability to work from minimal briefs.
* Ability to deliver polished concepts within deadlines and to client specifications.
