About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end procurement operations, negotiating with suppliers, and managing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead procurement for goods and services, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing
* Negotiate with suppliers and manage performance to achieve best value
* Analyse spend and market trends to drive informed decisions
* Develop procurement policies that support ethical and compliant sourcing
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 4+ years of experience in a similar procurement or supply chain role
* A relevant qualification in Procurement, Business, or Supply Chain Management
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills
* Demonstrated success in streamlining supplier services and delivering measurable cost savings
