We are urgently seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 3 for a hospital in Cork Ireland.
Responsibilities Provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership across designated services or departments.
Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing and clinical services in line with organisational goals.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centred care across all areas of responsibility.
Manage workforce planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and service performance.
Ensure compliance with NMBI standards, HIQA regulations, national policies, and hospital governance frameworks.
Lead quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, risk management, and incident review processes.

Collaborate with senior management, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to support service development and innovation.
Requirements Registered Nurse with active registration on the NMBI Register.
Significant post-registration experience in an acute healthcare setting, including senior management or leadership roles.
Relevant postgraduate qualification in nursing, healthcare management, or leadership (essential or highly desirable).
Proven experience in service planning, operational management, and staff leadership.
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.
