* This is a permanent hybrid role with full benefits, providing quality engineering leadership and technical guidance in quality assurance, control, and preventative activities.

* Advocate and lead the execution of initiatives and projects to enhance quality performance within the business and for our customers.

* Mentor and provide technical direction across multiple areas of expertise, ensuring compliance to regulation and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
">
">
1. Work closely with operations and the business functions to assess, provide oversight and direction on quality performance of products and processes.
">
2. Work closely with customers, sales/marketing/field personnel, and cross-functional teams to address top quality issues.
">
3. Mentors, provides oversight and approval of NC/CAPA, activist and high-level expert in problem-solving and root-causing activities.
">
4. Leads quality initiatives or projects, recognized as process owner with expertise across multiple quality areas.
">
5. Provides input into local, global, and corporate processes, represents function on review boards and teams.
">
6. Review and approval of change management activities, challenges effectiveness and drives strong review.
">
7. Interpret KPI trends, drive continuous improvement process.
">
8. Advocate of Human Factor practices, proficiency in the science of identification of mitigation.
">
9. Engage in and may lead internal and external audits with regulatory representatives, providing effective narrative and description of topic of expertise and overview of the business.
">
10. Aids in the development of validation strategies for existing products.
">
11. Supports/leads manufacturing transfers to other plants/facilities, leading quality activities.
">
12. Responsible for initiation, internal containment, and support of ship and product holds for potential product escapes.
">
13. Coach and mentor others in quality topics and activities.
">
