Lead Baker and Team Manager
This is a senior leadership role within the bakery team. As Lead Baker and Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure high standards of production and presentation.
* Day-to-day operations management, including stock control, ordering, and supplier management.
* Leadership and training of bakery staff, focusing on quality output, efficiency, and teamwork.
* Maintaining health, safety, and food hygiene compliance at all times.
* Developing new products and menus to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
* Monitoring and controlling labor costs, waste reduction, and overall cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in scratch baking with a strong track record of delivering high-quality products.
* Effective leadership and team management skills to motivate and train staff.
