Galway, Ireland; London, England, United Kingdom
Summary of the Role
You're a content strategist who thinks in funnels, performance, and outcomes, not just assets. You know how to turn campaign priorities into high impact content that shows up in the right channel, for the right audience, at the right moment. In this role, you’ll own end‑to‑end content execution across the funnel for our mission‑driven organization (MDO) audiences — planning, creating, optimizing, and refreshing content using AI‑powered workflows, performance data, and sharp editorial judgment. You’ll partner closely with product marketing, demand generation, field marketing, and enablement, using AI to accelerate research, drafting, personalization, repurposing, and analysis, all without sacrificing quality or voice. If you bring 5+ years of B2B SaaS content experience, strong writing and editing skills, hands‑on use of AI in content marketing, and a track record of managing multiple stakeholders while delivering content that performs, this is a role where your work won’t just ship. It will scale.
What You’ll Do
Own end‑to‑end, AI‑first execution of MDO and other marketing content across the funnel, including net‑new creation and ongoing refresh of existing assets based on performance and business needs.
Translate MDO and marketing priorities and campaigns into clear, actionable content plans aligned to messaging and funnel stages.
Partner with MDO Marketing and cross‑functional teams to develop activation strategies, including repurposing plans, channel alignment, and field enablement.
Use AI intentionally to accelerate research, drafting, personalization, repurposing, and performance analysis while maintaining editorial quality, brand voice, and governance.
Manage content intake, briefs, timelines, reviews, and stakeholder alignment through Diligent’s agentic AI campaign workflow to improve speed, consistency, and reusability.
Analyze content performance and qualitative feedback to recommend what to create, optimize, retire, or scale next.
Serve as a cross‑functional connector between Content, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Field Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Design, and Comms.
Essentials to Get an Interview
5+ years of experience in content marketing, solutions marketing, product marketing, or related field, ideally within B2B SaaS.
Proven ownership of content across the funnel (not just blog production), including campaign content, thought leadership, enablement, and performance‑based refreshes.
Experience with end‑to‑end content production, including web publishing, image management, and SEO best practices.
Hands‑on, practical use of AI tools in content workflows (e.g., research, drafting, repurposing, personalization, workflow automation and/or analysis).
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone, format, and depth by audience and channel.
Comfort working with data, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback to guide content decisions.
Experience supporting demand generation, field marketing, and sales enablement through content, with strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in parallel.
Nice to Have
Experience contributing to the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.
Hands‑on experience building, configuring or refining basic AI agents.
B2B SaaS experience with enterprise or complex solutions.
Public sector or nonprofit content experience a plus.
