The role is operations focused with the accountability of running the spa day to day. This will encompass:
* Ensuring the exceptional guest service delivery of a 'Forbes 5 star hotel'.
* Managing our people and performance to a 5 star standard.
* Focus on team development and training.
* Managing sales, budgets and marketing strategies
* Efficient communications.
Key Responsibilities of the successful Spa Operations Supervisor will include but are not limited to:
* To ensure the team provides each guest with the highest levels of personal care and attention in accordance with 5 star expectations ' Forbes 5 star Standards', the uniqueness of the property and Red Carnation Hotels.
* Complete 1-1 meetings and appraisals with team members as per schedule in department.
* To initiate 'little touches' – going beyond meeting guest expectations and in all instances exceeding them.
* Efficient and professional service, staff training, motivation, standards and controls. To comply with Red Carnation Top 12
* Service Standards, terms and conditions of employment and operational practices and procedures.
* Interviewing and Hiring of Employees with the appropriate skills to meet the business needs of the operation.
