We're seeking a Senior Director to lead our approach to operationalising content enforcement and moderation policies across the platform. This role will help define how we balance expression with safety, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for users.
10-15 years of experience in trust and safety, platform integrity, content moderation or product policy at a major platform or marketplace. Deeply experienced in managing user-generated content (UGC) including video, AI-generated media, and real-time user interaction. Strong working knowledge of global regulations like DSA and OSA is required.
