Student Accommodation/Apartment projects

What's involved:
* Take responsibility for the administration and management of contracts on student accommodation and apartment projects.
* Ensure all subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants meet their contractual obligations.
* Manage variations, approvals, and contractual documentation in line with project and company procedures.
* Act as the main point of contact for contract-related issues between site teams, clients, and subcontractors.
* Maintain accurate records of letters of intent, correspondence, and approvals.
* Monitor contract compliance and support risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
* Assist with project handover and closeout documentation from a contractual perspective.

Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar contract administration role on construction projects.
* Proven experience with student accommodation, apartments, or residential developments preferred.
* Strong understanding of construction contracts and site-based processes.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Detail-oriented and confident liaising with subcontractors, clients, and project teams.
