We are a growing, professional racehorse training operation seeking a capable Office Administrator & Communications Coordinator to join our team.
This is a key all-round role supporting day-to-day office administration, client communications, and coordination across the business.
Key Duties
* Office administration and organisation
* Client and stakeholder communications
* Email and phone management
* Sage, invoicing, payroll support, and record-keeping
* Coordinating information between office, yard, and clients
* Assisting with social media and communications (where appropriate)
About You
* Organised, reliable, and self-motivated
* Strong communication skills
* Admin experience and familiarity with Sage an advantage
* Interest in racing helpful but not essential
