About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and dynamicStaff GradeandSenior Physiotherapiststo join our client’s Adult Primary Care team in Ennis, Co. Clare. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment, delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to adults in a primary care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to adults with a wide range of physical conditions.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, function, and overall quality of life.
* Educate and empower patients to manage their conditions effectively through tailored exercise programs and lifestyle modifications.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centered care.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to service development initiatives.
* Mentor and support junior staff and students (Senior role).
Requirements:
For Staff Grade:
* A recognized qualification in Physiotherapy.
* CORU registration as a Physiotherapist.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
For Senior Grade:
* A recognized qualification in Physiotherapy.
* CORU registration as a Physiotherapist.
* Significant clinical experience in adult primary care or related settings.
* Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support junior staff and students.
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
