Job Title: Experienced Receptionist/Administrator
We are seeking an organized and administrative professional to join our team in Nenagh.
Duties:
* Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, as well as review and respond to email communications and company inbox.
* Clients: Meet and greet clients and other business visitors, opening, scanning, logging, and allocating incoming post and deliveries.
* Scanning and Filling: Scanning and filing documents, managing outgoing post, and keeping meeting rooms clean, tidy, and stocked.
* Logistics: Arrange additional facilities needed for client meetings, such as catering and reservations, and confirm client appointments.
* Supply Management: Order and maintain adequate stationery levels, kitchen, and office supplies.
* Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, invoicing, and arranging travel if necessary.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience: At least 3 years of experience working in a similar environment.
* Skills: Strong administration skills, strong IT/systems capability, highly organized and disciplined, personable and friendly disposition, and a team player with a positive attitude.
