Role Overview:
As a Workplace Co-Ordinator, you will be central to our operations, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering people-focused services. Your role will involve anticipating customer needs and ensuring a seamless experience for all building occupants and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Workplace Operations:
* Ensure the delivery of all FM Operations SLAs in accordance with KPIs and output measurements.
* Conduct daily building walks to maintain a tidy environment and proactively manage issues.
* Report and follow up on faults with furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
* Provide administrative support, including expense management and meeting coordination.
* Respond swiftly to customer queries and assist with wayfinding and general inquiries.
1. Client Engagement:
* Build and maintain relationships with vendors and service partners to ensure quality service delivery.
* Plan and deliver engaging activities for workplace well-being.
* Serve as the first point of contact, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive experience.
2. Health & Safety:
* Implement health, safety, and security policies to minimise risk exposure.
* Conduct monthly self-assessments and support contractor compliance with safety standards.
3. Meetings & Events:
* Support same-day reservations, cancellations, and booking amendments.
* Manage meeting room technology and assist colleagues with AV support.
* Oversee event spaces and ensure outstanding guest experiences.
Qualifications:
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in facilities management or integrated real estate services.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with keen attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks independently.
