Job Description
Duty
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
Working with the Citizens Information Service in Fermoy. You will contribute by providing administration support to the running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Work as part of a team with the Development Manager and staff.
Support the team to ensure that the day-to-day administration of the centre is carried out in a professional manner.
Carry out a range of clerical and administrative duties, ensuring an efficient record‑keeping system is maintained.
Ensure the Citizens Information Service has an adequate stock of relevant publications, information leaflets, application forms, stationery, etc.
Engage with members of the public in person, by phone/email.
Provide information, advice and advocacy services to members of the public in relation to their rights and entitlements.
Attend meetings and take training in relation to the operation of the service.
