Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Guest Services Coordinator to join our hospitality team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all guest rooms and public areas.
Your primary duties will include cleaning and servicing guest rooms to meet hotel standards, maintaining public areas in a tidy and hygienic condition, and reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
You will work closely with the housekeeping and front office teams to ensure smooth daily operations and provide exceptional service to our guests.
Requirements
* Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is desirable
* Strong attention to detail and high standard of work
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
