* Senior Estimators, Chief Estimators/Estimating Managers, Quantity Surveyors with contracting experience.
* The successful candidate will have:
* A proven track record in Transit Infrastructure Project Pursuits.
* Experience estimating complex civil projects over 60m in value.
* Ability to recruit, train, and motivate estimating teams.
* Strong leadership in competitive bid environments.
