Wicklow only 20 minutes from Dublin city centre, on a magnificent panoramic site overlooking the Garden of Ireland are now recruiting a Bar Person and Mixologist to join our fantastic team.
PURPOSE OF THE JOBTo provide a high level of customer service to the Conservatory Bar, efficient and comfortable creating a cocktail menu or requests.
Maintaining the highest standards required by Company Policy.
To anticipate guests needs and meet them via high standards of customer service To ensure high standard of service in Hotel To be responsible for maintaining the cocktail/Bar area, assist with creating monthly/seasonal cocktails, a high level of cleanliness in the Bar, Conservatory and Malton lounge.
To work well with the team To be responsible for Moines and taking orders To ensure there is enough stock in the cocktail area and bar at all times To assist with stick take when needed and other area of functions and events To become and remain knowledgeable with regard to local amenities and services, places of interest, information centres To deal with any customer complaints in a professional manner and to inform management of same immediately To develop and maintain up to date product knowledge To assist with drink promotions and marketing of the bar area.
To minimise waste in the department To ensure maximum security for guests and staff at all times To notify your Manager / Assistant Manager/Supervisor of any maintenance required The ideal candidate would have more than 2 yrs experience in a cocktail bar private bar area.
