We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Clerical Officer to join our team, providing essential administrative support to our HR and Recruitment functions. In this role, you will assist with maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, processing documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Contract: 3 months to begin with
Salary: €16.87 per hour
Location: 5KM from Cork City Centre
Key responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and Recruitment teams.
- Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Maintain accurate HR records and filing systems.
- Support onboarding processes and preparation of HR documentation.
- Handle general enquiries and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital systems.
