Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive support with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication assistance
* Supervise and train junior care assistants, ensuring high standards of care
* Monitor and assess the well-being of residents, documenting changes and reporting to healthcare professionals
* Foster a supportive and respectful environment for residents and staff
* Assist in implementing care plans tailored to meet individual needs
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to care provided
* Participate in staff meetings and continuous professional development initiatives
* Proven experience as a care assistant or in a senior role within a healthcare setting
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Empathetic approach toward patient care
* Willingness to relocate to Ireland and adapt to a new environment
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in health and social care are highly desirable
* Basic computer skills for documentation and communication tasks
