Compliance Manager A well-established civil engineering contractor based in Clonmel, Co.
Tipperary is seeking a Compliance Manager to join their team.
This is a key, fully office-based role responsible for managing compliance, certification, and health & safety administration across the business.
It will suit someone with experience in site administration, office management, or a similar role within construction, civil engineering, or utilities.
Role: Manage certification and servicing of company vans, plant, and equipment Maintain registers and track all certification expiry dates Coordinate inspections, servicing, and repairs Oversee health & safety administration across all sites Manage audits, PPE, and safety documentation Liaise with H&S personnel and ensure compliance with all requirements Maintain organised compliance records and systems Act as a link between office and site teams Support general office administration as required Requirements: Experience in construction, civil engineering, or similar environment desirable Previous experience in administration, compliance, or office management Strong organisation and attention to detail Ability to work independently and take initiative Strong communication skills Package: Salary circa €40k - €45k (DOE) Office-based role in Clonmel Working hours: 9:00am 5:00pm Excellent opportunity to take ownership of a key role within a growing company If you are a Compliance Manager or an experienced administrator seeking a new opportunity in the construction or civil engineering sector, please contact Amy Maguire for a confidential discussion or send your CV.
