Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Electrical/Electronic Engineer.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance to manufacturing operations for electrical/electronic assemblies, PCBAs, and subsystems.
* Lead investigations and implement corrective actions for production issues.
* Conduct component-level failure analysis of PCBAs to support production and field returns.
* Participate in process validation for electrical manufacturing processes.
* Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot test equipment, fixtures, and automated test systems used in production.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
* Experience in electrical/electronic engineering, preferably in the medical device industry or other regulated manufacturing environments.
* Hands-on experience with component-level diagnostics tools (oscilloscopes, curve tracers, X-ray/CT for PCBA analysis).
* Proven track record in problem-solving and root cause analysis in production settings.
* Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
