You will be working closely with the senior leadership team to identify training needs in our team, and implement service strategies to enhance guest experience.You will serve as a point of contact for event organisers to ensure that every request and guest expectation is met. This is a full-time role, and applicants must be available to work up to 40 hours per week throughout the year. We host a variety of event types, so the successful applicants should have flexibility to work across a variety of shift patterns, which will likely vary week to week.
