Fitzpatrick’s New Lodge is a well-established retail business known for our commitment to customer satisfaction and high-quality products. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Shop Manager to join our team and help us continue to grow.
Job Description
As an Assistant Shop Manager, you will support the Shop Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store. Your responsibilities will include:
* Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service is always provided.
* Staff Management: Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising staff.
* Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and manage inventory.
* Sales: Drive sales and meet targets.
* Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
* Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a retail management role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Proficiency in using retail management software.
