Senior Quantity Surveyor – Major Energy Infrastructure Project | DublinWe are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier 1 contractor delivering a major energy infrastructure project based in Dublin.This is a key commercial role on a high-profile programme, offering the opportunity to work on complex, large-scale works within a highly regulated environment.The Role:Manage subcontract procurement, administration, and final accountsDrive cost control, forecasting, and reportingHandle variations, change management, and contract complianceWork closely with project delivery teams and key stakeholdersWhat We’re Looking For:Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on large infrastructure projectsBackground in energy, transmission & distribution, or data centres is highly desirableStrong understanding of commercial governance and contract management (NEC or similar)Experience working with Tier 1 contractors or major projectsAbility to operate in a fast-paced, high-value project environment
