This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented and people-focused professional to play a central role in the delivery of high-profile events and the smooth running of specialist professional groups.
This is ahybrid role, offering a blend of office-based collaboration and remote working.
The ideal candidate will be confident managing multiple stakeholders — including senior professionals with highexpectations — and bring a calm, organised approach to managing a varied workload.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide secretarial support to several specialist professional associations, including organising meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions.
* Coordinate and support a wide range of events, including member seminars, breakfast briefings, conferences, and public events, delivered in-person, online, and hybrid formats.
* Handle event logistics from concept through to completion, manage registration systems, and communications with attendees and speakers.
* Assist with marketing and promotional activity for events, using digital platforms and internal communication channels.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with members, internal colleagues, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of all projects.
About You:
* 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within a professional or membership-based setting.
* Strong background in event planning and execution.
* Experience providing secretariat support, i.e. organising meetings, taking minutes, sending agendas, following up on next actions, etc.
* Experience in a legal environment (e.g. law firm or legal secretary role) is advantageous.
* Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing demanding personalities with professionalism and poise.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills — including Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and event platforms.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
