About Your New Job
As Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day processing activity across multiple product lines, ensuring work is completed within agreed service levels and in line with regulatory and compliance requirements. You will lead, develop and support a high‑performing team while driving operational efficiency, service excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
What Skills You Need
* Experience in an operations leadership or team lead role within a regulated environment
* Italian language capability
* Strong understanding of risk, compliance and governance frameworks
* Proven ability to manage workloads to agreed SLAs
* Experience leading or contributing to significant projects, initiatives or service improvements
