The Project Specialist will play a crucial role in developing effective emergency accommodation and services for families and individuals referred by the Local Authority.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Assess individual/family needs, establishing appropriate services and supports, and ensuring a coordinated response to access and exit housing and healthcare.
 * Work with clients to address recovery goals, maintain casework records, and facilitate peer support when necessary.

 * Ability to assess individual/family needs and provide supportive services.
 * Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Strong organizational and time management skills.
