Reperio has partnered with a company that's seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support an ongoing Agile transformation within their IT delivery function. This role is ideal for a confident coach and mentor who thrives in shaping culture, improving delivery outcomes, and partnering with senior stakeholders. Communicaton skills are really important for this role. This is an initial 6 month contract. (with possible extension)
Responsibilities:
1. Drive Agile ways of working across teams and senior leadership
2. Coach and mentor delivery teams and managers, including 1:1s and Communities of Practice
3. Support process improvement, shift-left practices, and continuous integration initiatives
4. Guide and develop an Agile Coach Analyst
5. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and learning
6. Constructively challenge traditional practices and encourage Agile mindsets
Requirements:
7. 10+ years Agile coaching experience, including senior stakeholder engagement
8. Previous project management background (5+ years)
9. Relevant third-level degree or industry certification
10. Agile coaching qualification essential
11. Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills
12. Passionate about Agile, pragmatic in approach, and continuously learning
