Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our customer acquisition efforts in Ireland. This is a unique opportunity to help scale a new and growing market, backed by the resources of an established UK business.Reporting to the Head of Acquisition, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing the strategy that brings new customers into the Gousto experience. Working closely with teams across brand, insights, PR, trading, and tech, you'll ensure that every marketing pound is spent where it can make the greatest impact.This role can be based in either Dublin or London, with travel once a month to the other location to maintain strong cross-site collaboration.What you'll doLead the development and delivery of our marketing strategy in Ireland to drive new customer growthOversee go-to-market activity across all paid channelsManage forecasting, performance and spend across key acquisition metricsOptimise marketing investment to maximise ROI and sustainable growthTest and evaluate new acquisition channels to uncover further opportunitiesRepresent the voice of the Irish customer across the businessCollaborate closely with Brand, Insights, PR, Trading and Tech teamsEnsure acquisition efforts align with brand and commercial goalsPartner with Product and Tech to support marketing through test-and-learnChampion inclusive and ethical marketing practicesWhat you'll bringProven experience in a senior marketing role within a scaling business or new market launchKnowledge of direct-to-consumer (D2C) models, ideally in eCommerceStrong understanding of the Irish market and consumer landscapeSkilled in managing multi-channel marketing budgets (£1m+)Confident using data and analysis to drive decision-makingAble to influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teamsStrategic thinker with strong execution skills and attention to detailMotivated by impact, growth and the chance to build something new
