Job Title: Sales Team Leader
Description:
The role of the Assistant Manager is to provide assistance to the Shop Manager in the day-to-day operation of the store. This includes motivating and encouraging staff and volunteers to achieve sales targets, ensuring the shop is at the hub of the local community.
Sales and Operations:
- Assist in the management and development of the shop according to an agreed work plan and financial targets.
- Ensure the appearance of the shop internally and externally is attractive to customers and in line with brand standards.
Leadership and Management:
- Assist in training, supervising, and managing shop staff, both paid and voluntary.
Candidates Requirements:
- Retail fashion experience.
