Sterilization Team Lead
We are seeking an experienced Sterilization Team Lead to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the sterilization qualification and validation processes for new products and changes to existing products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead teams that conduct sterilization qualification and validation for radiation sterilized and ethylene oxide sterilized products.
2. Provide subject matter expertise to product development and operations teams on sterilization processes.
3. Assist in supplier quality audits of contract sterilization facilities and third-party manufacturers.
4. Conduct dose audit failure investigations and ethylene oxide biological indicator sterility positive investigations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sterilization processes, team leadership, and technical communication. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, chemistry, engineering).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sterilization processes, preferably in a leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of sterilization principles, radiation sterilization, and ethylene oxide sterilization.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
