The Opportunity
Establishing and leading the consultancy's Dublin office
Acting as a senior figurehead in the Irish market
Leveraging your existing regional network and client relationships
Driving business development and strategic growth
Recruiting, mentoring, and developing a local team
Collaborating with national and international leadership to deliver major instructions
You will have the freedom to shape the office, team structure, and regional strategy, while benefiting from the credibility, systems, and technical depth of a well‑established organisation.
About You
This role is open to Director or Partner‑level professionals from:
Building Surveying
Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
Project Management
You will ideally bring:
Deep knowledge of the Dublin and wider Irish construction & property market
A strong, established professional network (clients, developers, investors, public or private sector)
Proven experience in winning work and leading teams
Ambition to build something long‑term rather than step into an already‑formed office
Chartership (RICS / SCSI or equivalent) is preferred but not essential for the right individual.
